Spanglish Eats invited a close group of followers to an exclusive “Pre-Launch” Tasting Party on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
Over 30 hungry fans came to sample the following menu Chef Javier put together for the day:

Made with jicama, red cabbage and carrots tossed in a light & tangy aioli dressing.
