It’s official! Spanglish Eats had our opening day at the City Heights Farmers Market on Saturday, April 28th. Javier served up four kinds of his hand-made empanadas:

  1. Crispy Beef
  2. Baked Chicken
  3. Baked Black Bean & Cheese
  4. Baked Roasted Veggie (filled with cremini shrooms, spinach, roasted bell peppers, onions and organic brown rice)

…with your choice of his fresh Money Green or Roasted Red salsa.

We also rolled out a Veggie Cup with fresh jicama and carrots tossed in lime juice and chili. A super addicting and healthy snack!!
